Applicants may use one of four methods to submit; online using the Form below, by mail, email and hand delivery using the WORD document: 2011-2012 Retreat Application Form. Please ensure that your application is legible. Payments may be made by PayPal, cheque or by phoning the SWG office with your credit card number (306-791-7740).

Applications sent by mail should be addressed to:

When applying online, please ensure that your application has been sent by checking for error messages on the form. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be indicated by an error message in red at the top of the application. You will receive a confirmation email that it has been received.

Please note that while kitchen staff will try to accommodate retreat participants dietary needs, they cannot make individual specialty meals. You may need to provide certain foods to supplement the meals available.
Fees: St. Peter's Abbey and Spring Valley Guest Ranch: Cost is $300 per week for SWG and CARFAC SK members (Saskatchewan residents). St. Peters' Abbey - Facilitated Retreat: Cost $200 St. Peter's Abbey and Spring Valley Guest Ranch $550 (Out of Province residents, non members of SWG or CARFAC) St. Peter's Abbey and Spring Valley Guest Ranch $475 (Out of Province residents, members of SWG or CARFAC) There is a non-refundable late application fee of $35 No post-dated cheques will be accepted. All payments are due upon submission of application Any additional costs incurred for alternate writing studios will be assumed by the writer, and paid directly to the facility management Retreat Dates: Please indicate the retreat dates you wish to attend and include a second choice. The maximum number of individual retreat weeks you may attend in a calendar year is four. If availability is limited, then attendance will be restricted for those that have attended more than eight weeks of retreat in three years. Preference will be given to Saskatchewan residents regarding availability and choice of retreat weeks.
