When applying online, please ensure that your application has been sent by checking for error messages on the form. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be indicated by an error message in red at the top of the application. You will receive a confirmation email that it has been received.
We will accept PDFs, Word documents and JPEG files for artwork.

Attendance at an SWG retreat is a privilege and all applications are subjected to a rigorous juried process. Acceptance is determined by:
NB: This adjudication process takes approximately two weeks after the deadline to complete. After this, applicants are notified of their acceptance or denial. Upon acceptance, applicants have two weeks to make payments to secure their spots.
