Follow-Up Report for Writers Group Funding
Each writers group receiving funding must provide a follow-up report at the end of the grant period in order to qualify for future funding.
The follow-up report should consist of the following:

a narrative outlining the activities of the writers group within the time of the grant period

a financial report listing total revenues and total expenses
-
copies of receipts for all expenses
