If you are renewing your membership:
Renewals are processed automatically through your SWG website account. Log in to the Member Area of the website, and go to the 'Your Membership' tab. Here you will see your expiry date, and be given the option of renewing your membership for one or two years. You can pay here by credit card or PayPal, or indicate that a cheque is in the mail.
If you would like to pay by cheque, your payment can be sent along with an updated membership form to the Guild at PO Box 3986, Regina, SK, S4P 3R9. A printable membership form can be found at the bottom of this page.
If you have a change of address, you can notify the Guild of that at any time by going to the 'Membership Profile' under 'Your Membership' in the Member Area, or by emailing email@example.com.
If you are joining for the first time, or after a long (over a year) hiatus from the Guild:
There are two steps to joining the Guild:
First, fill in our online Membership Form.
Next, submit your payment. Annual member rates are $75 for a regular membership, $55 for seniors (60 years and older), and $20 for full-time students.

If you are paying by cash or cheque, please make sure to include a completed membership form if you have not filled one out online, as well as your contact information.
Note: Those who find it difficult to pay the fees may apply to have them waived. Please send a letter or email with an explanation of your financial circumstances. This letter should be marked "Confidential" on the envelope or in the subject line and should be addressed to the Executive Director. All requests will be kept confidential.
