Linda Aksomitis, internationally published author of 25+ books, will lead a workshop exploring how you can share your personal life stories--or those of your family or community--with readers. Whether you want to write a biography, autobiography, memoir, or creative nonfiction based on personal experiences, it's essential to provide structure and shape to your writing. Join Linda and learn how to harvest your experiences for a variety of markets, from postcard story to full-length book.
Award winning author, Linda Aksomitis, has written 25+ books for adults and children that have been published in five different countries. She's also a photojournalist, with hundreds of personal memoir articles that have appeared in travel magazines across Canada and the United States, as well as on her blog. Her snowmobile biographical books have been acknowledged for their contribution to the written history of the sport. Linda's newest online course, "Publish and Sell Your E-Books," is offered at over 2000 community colleges around the world.
