Why wait until February for romance when you can have it in December! Join authors Mary Balogh, Annette Bower and Karyn Good as they woo you with readings from their latest bestselling novels.
Mary Balogh grew up in Wales and moved to Kipling, Saskatchewan, more than forty years ago on a two-year teaching contract. She stayed to marry and raise a family of three, to teach high school English and ultimately to put into practice her lifelong dream of writing. She and her husband now divide their time between Kipling (summers) and Regina (winters). She has written close to 100 novels and novellas, most of them set in 19th Century Regency England and all of them love stories. They include the New York Times bestselling Slightly, Simply and Huxtable series, and the ongoing Survivors' Club septet.
Annette Bower lives and writes stories from a high rise where she can see the immediate hustle and bustle of downtown Regina and the changes in the grain fields throughout the Saskatchewan seasons. She includes these concepts in her writing, the immediate, like an intricate pencil drawing, and the wider worldview similar to a vast landscape painting. She enjoys philosophy and a great joke. Moving On and Woman of Substance are her e-published novels. She is on a steep learning curve to promote virtual books with the assistance of social media.
Karyn Good lives on the Canadian Prairies with her husband and two children surrounded by blue skies and wheat fields. When she isn’t writing or herding children, she’s hiding in a corner reading.
