I'm a 2005 graduate of the Print Journalism program from Loyalist College, Belleville, Ontario. Since then I've worked for newspapers, magazines and online publications. After a hiatus from writing to focus on raising my babies, I've since created two blogs-one that focused on my infertility journey and is now retired and one that is currently focused on healing with plant medicines called Sips of Solitude. Someone once asked me when I became a writer and I replied, "I never became something I always was." Now that my children are older I've recommitted to finishing a book I started in 2020.
