WORKSHOP 1

IMAGINE IT, DEVELOP IT, WRITE IT!
Rebecca Grambo is an award – winning photographer and the author of more than 25 acclaimed natural history and science books for adults and children. A geological engineer by training, she brings the curiosity and enthusiasm of a 6 year old to each new project, and delights in sharing her passion for discovery with others. She and her husband Glen , live in Warman, Sask.

FINE-TUNING YOUR POETRY
Barbara Klar is a well-known Canadian poet whose latest collection is Cypress, a finalist for the Sask. Book of the year. She has been the recipient of numerous provincial and national awards, including the Gerald Lampert Award, the Wallace Stegner Grant for the Arts, and the Joseph Stauffer Prize from the Canada Council for the arts. She has worked as a tree planter, camp cook, ESL tutor, editor, mentor, and freelance writer for both print and radio. She currently lives and writes in Saskatoon.

This workshop is intended for developing and novice writers who would like to improve their craft. Although the course is intended primarily for poets, prose writers who wish to intensify their writing are also welcome
