- Saskatchewan storyteller Bonnie Logan has been in the professional storytelling trenches for 30 years. Her passion for traditional music and stories blossomed from kitchen party jams and tell-arounds into a day in, day out bread-on-the-table, honest to goodness, back breaking job 'o work. She is in demand at storytelling and music festival stages from coast to coast. Most recently Bonnie was a featured performer at the Toronto Storytelling Festival and co-facilitated the master storytelling class for Storytellers of Canada in Prince Edward Island. She is the official Long Time Storyteller for The Northern Lights Bluegrass and Old-time Music Festival. She is also storyteller in residence for Ranch Ehrlo Society and The Boreal Forest Learning Centre. Bonnie’s rich repertoire includes stories with music, rich, to-the-bone folk and fairy tales, 100 percent honest (honestly) personal, as well as classic literary and explosive original stories. Bonnie’s telling is always heartfelt, often funny and invariably entertaining.
By day Bonnie shares her talent with school students and youth at risk, by night, she struts her sexy and often ticklish tales in the Canadian jazz comedy trio, Too Darn Hot.
