About The Author

Stephen Massicotte's award-winning plays include A Farewell to Kings, Pervert (The Dirty/Beautiful), The Emperor of Atlantis, and Boy's Own Jedi Handbook. In 2002 his play Mary's Wedding was the winner of the 2002 Alberta Playwriting Competition, the 2002 Betty Mitchell Award for Best New Play, the Gwen Pharis Ringwood Award for outstanding new publication, and the 2003 Alberta Book Award for Drama. His film writing credits include the screenplays for the feature films The Dark and Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning. He has also written scripts for the TV series Honey, I Shrank the Kids and Tom Stone.
